Apple Crisp With Ice Cream

Apple Crisp With Ice Cream

5 c. sliced pared apples (about 5 medium)
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. margarine, softened
Vanilla ice cream

Heat oven to 375 deg. Place apples in ungreased pan, 9 x 9 x 2. Mix Bisquick, brown sugar, cinnamon, and margarine with fork and sprinkle over apples. Bake until apples are tender, about 30 minutes.

Serve with ice cream on top. 6 servings.
