Dewey Lemon Salad
1 large pkg. (6 oz.) lemon Jell-o
2 cups hot water
1 cup combined of citrus beverage and pineapple juice
1 pkg. commercial whipped cream
1 #211 can pineapple tidbits, drained
2 sliced bananas
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 can lemon pie filling
Dissolve gelatin in hot water and add beverage and juice. Allow to cool until it begins to set. Fold in fruit and marshmallows, then pour mixture into a 9 x 13 x 2″ pan and refrigerate until firm.
Meanwhile, whip cream according to directions. Fold in lemon pie filling until well blended. Spread on top of set gelatin; return to refrigerator until ready to cut.
