Penoche

With vanilla. And possibly nuts.

From the box of H.P., sold in Paradise, Arizona.

Penoche

Mix in saucepan:

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1-1/2 cup PET milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Cook to a boiling point. Stir constantly. Continue to cook (stirring constantly) to 236 deg. or a firm ball. Remove and cool to 110 deg.

Add 1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup nuts?
