1 zucchini squash, cubed; cook in boiling water until tender, drain and mash.
- 1-1/4 c. cracker crumbs
- 1-1/4 c. shredded cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/9 tsp. pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- medium onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
