Chicken Chablis

With sour cream and chives.

Chicken Chablis

3 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. chives
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. stock chikie [chicken stock?]
8 oz. noodles

  1. Boil chicken 35 minutes. Remove skin and bones.
  2. Cook noodles.
  3. Mix everything else. Heat through but don’t boil.
