Uncooked berries held in a glaze thickened with gelatin and cornstarch.

Fresh Strawberry Pie
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. strawberry gelatin (1/2 of 3 oz. pkg.)
2 Tbsp. corn syrup
3 drops red food color
3 cups fresh strawberries
baked 9-inch pie shell
Combine cornstarch, water, and sugar in saucepan. Cook until thick and clear; remove from heat. Add corn syrup, gelatin, and food coloring. Cool.
Lightly fold in berries. Pour into baked pie shell and chill.
Top with whipped cream.
