Crab Meat Rounds
1 lb. crab meat
2 green onions, minced
1 c. grated cheddar cheese, sharp
6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
50 toast rounds
Mix crabmeat, onions, cheese and mayonnaise. Add seasonings. Place heaping teaspoons of mixture on each toast round; place in 450 deg. oven for 8 minutes. Watch carefully.
