Mother Allison’s Spritz Cookies
1 lb. butter
4 egg yolks or 2 whole eggs
1-1/4 cup sugar
4 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond
Beat soft butter and sugar until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla and almond; beat.
Add flour. Mix thoroughly.
350 deg. — 10 minutes.
