Bourbon Boston Beans
4 cans (16 oz.) beans
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 Tbsp. molasses
1/2 c. bourbon
1/2 c. coffee (strong)
Mix and let stand 3 hours.
Bake 375, covered, 40 minutes.
Remove and top with pineapple slices and sprinkle with brown sugar. [Repeated instruction: Bake 40 minutes.]
Could use half liquid.
Then again, maybe O.K.
