Made from lime flavored yogurt and lime Jell-o.
What’s under the White Out, you ask? I held it up to a lamp to read it: (Serves 8.) I guess Lois decided this was more of a six-person pie.
From a box sold in East Moline, Illinois.
Key Lime Pie
1 pkg. lime Jell-o
1/2 c. boiling water
2 (4 oz. each) pkg. key lime yogurt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
Graham cracker crust
Lime, for garnish]
Dissolve 1 pkg. lime Jell-o in 1/2 cup boiling water–cool.
Add 2 Key lime yogurt containers (8 oz.) and mix well.
Add 8 oz. Cool Whip and fold in well. Pour into Graham cracker crust.
Chill 3-4 hours. I put 1/2 slice of fresh lime on top before serving. You can use any flavor of Jell-o with fruit yogurt.
