Crispy Baked Barbecued Chicken
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 (2-1/2 to 3 lb.) cut-up chicken
1/4 c. melted margarine
Combine first seven ingredients. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brush each iece with margarine; roll in crumb mixture.
Arrange skin side up (not touching) in pan. Sprinkle with remaining mixture.
Bake uncovered in 375 deg. oven about 50 minutes or till tender. Do not turn.
375 deg. for 50 minutes. 6 servings.
