Cheese Wine Log
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar, softened
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. dry wine (white)
1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 (2-1/2 oz.) smoked dry beef, finely snipped
In a small bowl beat 2 cheeses until smooth. Beat in wine. Add onion and horseradish. Chill1 hour until slightly firm.
Shape into 2 logs (6 inches long each) and roll in beef.
Wrap and chill.
