Slaw

Made the night before serving.

From the box of F.J. from Sun City, Arizona. Some cards suggest a family history in Missouri and Kansas.

Slaw

1 medium head cabbage (shredded)
2 large onions
3/4 c. sugar (sprinkle over cabbage and onions and do not stir)

Bring to a rolling boil:

  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1-1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard

Cover and set in refrigerator overnight.
