Lemon cake mix and lemon pudding.

Lemon Mix Loaf Cake
Four eggs, beaten slightly
3/4 cup safflower oil
3/4 cup water
1 package lemon cake mix
1 package lemon instant pudding
Beat 10 minutes at medium speed. Grease pan with butter. Bake one hour at 350 deg. Cool 10 minutes.
Then pour over the cake:
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup sugar
Bring to boil and boil one minute. Let the mixture go down sides of cake. Cool well before removing from pan.
The recipe calls for a loaf pan or an angel food cake pan. I’m sure the angel food cake pan would work, but I’m also sure that the regular size loaf pan will not work, as the cake is too large and would overflow one regular size loaf pan.
