Lemon-Lime Gelatin Salad
1 pkg. lime Jell-o
Dissolve lime and lemon Jell-o in 2 cups hot water. Add 1 can of pineapples. Let it begin setting by adding 4 cups ice cubes instead of cold water. Add cottage cheese, canned milk,and mayonnaise. Place in a 9 x 13 glass dish or mold.

Jell-o Mold With Cheese
1 8-oz. cream cheese
1 small container cottage cheese
1 can crushed pineapple (8-1/4 ounce)
Cream the cream cheese in hot water. Mix in cottage cheese and crushed pineapple.
1 large package lemon Jell-o
3 c. water
Let Jell-o cool–fold in cream cheese, cottage cheese, pineapple.
Topping: Sour cream and mayonnaise.
