Beef Tacos

I generally prefer my recipes in chronological order. It’s like reading Yoda’s recipe box, at times.

From the box of C.C. from Ceres, California.

Beef Tacos

Roast and have it sliced real thin. Chop up beef.

Put oil in skillet and brown 1 whole onion, then put meat in skillet. Salt and pepper meat before you put it in skillet, then put garlic salt and chili powder. Fry in pan or skillet with meat.

Heat tortilla on grill; chop up onion, chop up cilantro, use mild green or red sauce.

Very good.
