Wheat germ, nuts, coconut and carob powder.
From a box sold in Chicago, Illinois.
Wheat Germ Candy
3/4 cup toasted wheat germ
3/4 cup nuts, chopped fine
3/4 cup fine coconut (Baker’s)
3/4 cup honey
1-1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. carob powder
Mix well. Let stand 1/2 hour. Form into rolls and dip in fine coconut.
Chill in refrigerator. Slice before serving.
