A vinegar-based coleslaw dressing. I’m not sure what to make of the very top, though; do you think it says “this preparation” or “this per portion?”

1-1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. mustard [prepared?]
Salt + little pepper
little oil
1 tsp. celery seed
Heat to dissolve sugar
