Yellow cake with diced rhubarb and cream.
Easy Rhubarb Dessert
1 pkg. (18-1/2 oz.) yellow cake mix
5 cups diced fresh or frozen rhubarb
1 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream
Mix cake according to package directions. Pour batter into a greased 9×13″ pan. Spread rhubarb over the batter. Sprinkle with sugar. Pour cream over the top. Do not mix. Bake at 350 deg. 35 to 40 minutes, or until cake tests done. Yield 12 to 16 servings.
