Good on cottage pudding or on ice cream.
If you’re using it for ice cream, you could accompany it with the chocolate sauce from the same box.

Butter Scotch Sauce
2 T. butter melted
3/4 c. brown sugar
Cook 1 minute.
Add 1/3 c. cream (can milk) and cook a while.
Cool and serve on cottage pudding
