Cake Icing
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. cocoa
4 squares butter
hot coffee
Cake icing method (provided by Yesterdish)
Not that you necessarily need to be told this, but mix the sugar, cocoa, and butter; with a mixer, adding slowly, beat the hot coffee into the mix until it reaches a spreadable consistency.
