Crunchy Orange Rolls
12 brown and serve rolls
1 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1 c. sugar
orange juice
Brush rolls with butter. Combine orange rind, sugar and enough juice to moisten. Turn rolls in mixture until well coated. Place rolls on baking sheet and bake in jhot oven, 400 deg., about 10 minutes.
Makes 12.
