Quick Made Buttery Syrup


From a box sold in Columbiaville, Michigan.

Quick Made Buttery Syrup

3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. (packed) brown sugar
1/8 t. cream of tartar
3/4 c. hot water
1/2 – 3/4 t. maple flavoring
2 T. butter

Combine first 4 ingredients in pan. Bring to boil. Simmer 3-4 minutes.

Stir until butter melts. Serve hot.

Yield: 2 cups.
