A family recipe provided by Jennifer Kiel of Washington, DC.
Seven Layer Cookies
1 stick oleo – melt in 9×13″ pan.
1 c. graham cracker crumbs – sprinkle over oleo
Sprinkle over:
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 pkg. butterscotch bits
Eagle Brand milk – pour over all
Bake 350 deg. – 25 min. Cool 4 hrs.
It looks like “Ginger’s” – maybe a recipe from a friend named Ginger?
My friend Brian on Facebook suggested the same and I’m inclined to agree with both of you! Jennifer, thoughts?
