From a box sold in San Antonio, Texas.
Cheese Sauce
2 Tbsp. margarine
2-1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
3 slices cheese
1/4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of garlic
salt, pepper to taste
Melt butter in saucepan and blend in flour.
Add milk to other ingredients. Cook over medium heat–stirring constantly until smooth and thick–about seven minutes.
Serve over cooked and drained broccoli spears.
