No clue what “dry leaf powder” is supposed to be. Thoughts?
From a box sold in San Antonio, Texas.
- 3/4 c. 105 deg. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dry leaf powder
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 T. olive oil
3-1/2 to 3-3/4 c. bread flour (Pillsbury)
- Mix (A) in bowl to proof.
- Add (B) — a little at a time–and make a dough ball in the usual way.
- Let rise until doubled, about 40-50 minutes. Form pizza, put on toppings and let rise again (15 to 20 minutes).
- Bake pizza at 425 for about 15-18 minutes.
To freeze–let bake for 9 minutes. Cool and then freeze.
