Pine Tavern is a restaurant in Bend, Oregon. It has been open since 1936. The shrimp dip, however, is no longer on the menu, as far as I can tell. (Which is not a bad thing, because the current menu makes my mouth water. Who needs me to come visit them near Bend, Oregon?! The Prime Rib is on me.)

1 small can shrimp
1/2 cup catsup
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
Grate shrimp very fine. Combine with catsup, cheese, and lemon juice. Blend well. Thin to desirable dipping consistency with mayonnaise.
