Mac and Cheese
Cook 8 oz. mac (small package).
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
4 T. flour
2 c. milk
Cook flour and butter like gravy. Add milk. Pour cream sauce, cheese and mac together.
4 chopped green onions
1/2 t. dry mustard
Put all in casserole. Top with buttered bread crumbs.
350 deg. 30 minutes until bubbles.
