Cocoa Zucchini Bread

With chocolate chips and nuts.

Cocoa Zucchini Bread

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cocoa
1/2 c. nuts

Blend sugar, eggs, oil; stir in zucchini. Add milk, vanilla, and dry ingredients. Blend thoroughly. Stir in chips and nuts.

Pour into greased and floured loaf pans, 2 large or 4 small. Bake at 350 deg. for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Serves: several.
