Orange Marmalade
4 thin skinned oranges
1 lemon
1 qt. water
Wash fruit and let stand overnight.
Second day:
Cook rapidly until tender 2-2-1/2 hours. When tender, measure. Add equal parts of sugar. Cook until you obtain the jelly test. Pour in sterile jars. Paraffin.
