Dot’s Company Potatoes
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup fresh green onions including tops (diced)
4 oz. sharp cheese, shredded
12 oz. sour cream
Season to taste.
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
Mix first ingredients and put in greased casserole. Add topping.
Bake in 350 deg. oven about 45 minutes or until bubbly.
