Rhubark is an alternate spelling of rhubarb. Not a popular enough one for me to retype it–nobody’d find the recipe with that name!

Glazed Strawberry Rhubarb Pie
1-1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. flour
2 c. strawberries
1 c. 1″ pieces fresh rhubarb
2 tsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. sugar
Combine 1-1/2 c. sugar, salt and flour. Arrange 1/2 of strawberries and rhubarb in pastry 9″ shell pie pan.
Sprinkle with 1/2 of sugar mixture. Repeat with remaining sugar and fruit and sprikle on top 1 Tbsp. sugar. Cut seams in.
Bake at 425 deg. hot oven 40-50 minutes or until rhubarb is tender and top crust is brown.
