Lamb Chops, Italian Style
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
3 sprigs fresh mint, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
6 lamb chops, 1″ thick
salt to taste
Combine vinegar, mint, and garlic. Marinate chops in mixture for 1 hour or longer, turning once. Remove chops from marinade and broil or barbecue, basting once or twice with the remaining marinade. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
