A version without nuts.
This is the second of two recipes for banana nut bread from this box. The first is here.

Banana Nut Bread
1 c. sugar
1 cube of margarine (break up with hands)
Beat two eggs on top of margarine
1 c. sugar over margarine and eggs
3 bananas overripe over top
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vinegar
Mix all together; let stand for 15 minutes.
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Mix together with your hands. Bake at 325 deg. for 45 minutes.
