If you know what a “souplet” is, please let me know. From context I think it means a bouillon cube, but I’m not aware of such a brand.

Cleansing Scrap Soup
Any left-over vegetables can be liquefied with 1 cup raw cut parsley; 1 cup celery, cut; 3 souplets, sea salt and a little sage.
Use enough water to beat a creamy soup all together. Add one bay leaf.
Beat in avocados for thickening unless you use vegetables that thicken, as some do more than others, especially cooked ones.
