Apple Crisp

From the box of L.S. of Joplin, Missouri.

Apple Crisp

Blend (cream):

  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. oleo

Spread 4 c. apples in pan or dish.

Pour over it:

  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. water

Sprinkle with cinnamon and little nutmeg.

Cover with crumble mixture.

Bake: 50 to 60 minutes at 325 deg.
