There is (or was? I’m not sure who) someone in my office who bakes sweet potatoes in a slow cooker. I mean, at work. I would go into the kitchen for a frosty beverage and it’d smell like there was a sweet potato pie in the works.
I don’t understand baked potatoes in a slow-cooker. I like the crispy skin. But someone might, so it’s here.
